The seller is identified in the details box above. Customers can use the listed contacts for information about products, delivery, withdrawal and support.

Products, availability and prices

Essential features, edition size and availability are displayed on each product page. Prices are in euros; discounts and shipping costs are shown before payment. If stock becomes unavailable, the order will be cancelled or refunded.

Order and payment

An order is submitted after these terms are accepted and secure payment through Stripe is completed. The contract is concluded when the customer receives confirmation of the order and payment.

Shipping

Shipping options are configured by geographic area and calculated according to the country selected by the customer. Destination, method, price and estimated timing are shown before payment. Customers must provide complete and accurate information. Delays outside the seller's control will be communicated as soon as possible.

Gifts and redemption

Gift bottles are not linked to the buyer's profile. The recipient can link them to their account using the unique code.

Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers may exercise statutory withdrawal rights, ordinarily within 14 days of delivery, by using the online function available at /recesso or by contacting the seller. Products must be returned intact and properly stored. Statutory exceptions remain applicable, including those for opened goods or goods unsuitable for return for hygiene or preservation reasons. Return instructions, address and costs must be agreed with the seller.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

Product reviews

Reviews published on the site come from authenticated users who purchased the reviewed product. Reviews are moderated before publication to remove offensive, irrelevant or unlawful content without altering the customer's opinion. Resta does not publish fake or paid reviews and identifies reviews based on a verified purchase.

Conformity, liability and disputes

The statutory conformity guarantee applies to consumers. These terms do not limit mandatory rights. Italian law applies without prejudice to consumer protections and mandatory jurisdiction rules.
